INGREDIENTS:
150g madora, 1 Large Tomato, 1 Onion, Salt for seasoning, 3T/S Cooking Oil, Curry Powder, Royco Usavi Mix or any stock of your choice,
THE PREPARATION
1. Thoroughly wash your madora.
2. To completely remove sand in the madora, boil madora and remove the water, wash again for second time.
3. Do a second round of boiling, remove water, and wash for the third time.
THE COOKING
4. Add water, tomatoes, onions, cooking oil, seasoning and boil, until there is very little water left.
5. Add curry powder and Royco Usavi Mix or your preferred stock powder.
6. Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes.
7. And you got your delicious meal.
Serve with sadza or eat as a snack
